There are no returns on any other products due to the cost of shipping. If you are concerned with the effectiveness of the product, try a smaller size or single gallon first.

*We do not accept returns on any size container larger than 3 pounds, including multiple containers adding up to more than three pounds. There are no returns accepted for the 40 lb contractor size buckets, 5 gallon containers or multiple gallon or multiple (more than one) bottles. If you are concerned with the effectiveness of the product, try a smaller size or single gallon first.

There are no returns for any of our sealers (deck, composite, and cedar) of any size and on open rolls of zinc roof defense or on rolls of zinc that we deem unsellable.

Do not send open bottles of liquid back to Wash Safe. if you have a return of a liquid product please click to use our contact form here and include your reason for return.

Equipment warranties or returns: Wash Safe does not except returns on used equipment. Any defective equipment that falls under warranties are to be dealt with the equipment manufacturer. Wash Safe will provide you with the information that you need to make your warranty claim with the manufacturer.
